The Australian bushfires of 2019/20 hit our wildlife hard, with nearly three billion animals, mammals, reptiles, birds, and frogs killed or displaced. The Glossy Black-Cockatoo sub-species found only on Kangaroo Island were already classified as Endangered but after the devastation of the fires and the loss of at least 54% of feeding and 35% nesting habitats, conservation work has become more important than ever!

Each cockatoo is unique, just like their personalities, and would make an excellent addition to your NFT collection. Not only would you be giving one of these chatter-box birdies a home, you’d also be helping the recovery efforts of the Glossy Black-Cockatoo!
